Refunds & Returns

  • We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund.

  • How to Request: Raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery on our website or via email at care@daanyaa.com.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: We will arrange and cover return shipping for all eligible returns, so you don’t have to worry about extra costs.

  • Eligible returns: Products received in damaged, incomplete, or poor-quality condition are eligible for return. A return request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Cancellations

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. The usual shipping time is within 12 hours of placing the order.
