Refunds & Returns

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund.
How to Request: Raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery on our website or via email at care@daanyaa.com.
Condition: Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Return Shipping: We will arrange and cover return shipping for all eligible returns, so you don’t have to worry about extra costs.
Eligible returns: Products received in damaged, incomplete, or poor-quality condition are eligible for return. A return request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. The usual shipping time is within 12 hours of placing the order.
